Seen in hospitalized patients and Alcoholics[ holding alcohol in one hand while trying to fight off the bacteria with the other]

Causes Urinary Tract Infections in hospitals and Sepsis[ patient with Foley's catheter]

Klebsiella pneumonia makes it's way to the lung were it destroys the tissue[ small clubs working up into the lung]
