- Incubation for upto 90 days with regional lymph node swelling
- Secondary stage after 6 weeks [S for secondary and spreading]
- Tertiary stage is three tissue damages
- Gummas syphilis on skin and bone
- Cardiovascular syphilis
- Neurosyphilis syphilis
- Primary stage is Painless chancre [P for painless,primary and patient pointing to penis]
