Eaton-Lambert syndrome [ dog eating a Lamb]

Primarily affects men over the age of 40
Muscle weakness [the sheeps happy that it doesn't need to move]
Similar symptoms to Myasthenia Gravis
Patient produces antibodies to the calcium channels which interfere with the levels of acetylcholine producing muscle weakness [ Y shaped antibodies interfering with the CA dog rider to prevent the lamb from getting eaten]
May be associated with lung carcinoma[ spotted dogs lung]
